Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve lead times and reduce operational costs by 15%.
- Manage relationships with key 3PL providers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across the network.
- Direct the S&OP process to align inventory levels with demand forecasting and market volatility.
- Spearhead the transition to automated inventory management systems to enhance real-time visibility.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective action plans.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of logistics coordinators and procurement specialists.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of managing high-volume distribution centers and complex multi-modal transport networks.
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies; certification is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
