Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Manage relationships with global suppliers, including contract negotiations and performance audits.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate demand planning with production scheduling.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Oversee warehouse logistics, distribution channels, and freight forwarding operations.
- Drive sustainable procurement initiatives to ensure ethical and environmental compliance.
- Mentor junior analysts to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar operational frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes vendor negotiations and large-scale distribution projects.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- APICS (CSCP/CPIM) certification is highly preferred.
