Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies reducing operational costs by 15-20%
- Lead cross-functional teams in vendor negotiations and procurement optimization
- Develop predictive analytics models for inventory forecasting and demand planning
- Oversee international compliance (customs, tariffs, trade regulations)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners and key stakeholders
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Proven track record of optimizing global distribution networks
- Strong financial acumen for cost-benefit analysis
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills
