Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize logistics operations, reducing costs by 15-20% annually
- Analyze supply chain data using advanced analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with global suppliers to ensure cost efficiency
- Oversee inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact in logistics operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive supply chain experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain optimization software
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs and improving delivery performance
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Deep knowledge of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and INCOTERMS
- CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CSCP preferred
