Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics planning
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Oversee warehouse operations and distribution network efficiency
- Analyze KPIs and drive data-driven decision making for performance enhancement
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles
- Expertise in S&OP, inventory management, and logistics optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process improvement
- Experience managing international supply chains and customs compliance
- CSCP or CSCP certification required
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
