Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory flow and reduce lead times.
- Lead contract negotiations with third-party logistics providers and international freight carriers.
- Analyze demand planning metrics to forecast inventory requirements and mitigate supply risks.
- Implement advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) to improve operational accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement, manufacturing, and distribution workflows.
- Oversee departmental KPIs and report directly to the COO on performance improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics operations.
- Proven track record of success in vendor management and process optimization.
- Expert proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- APICS (CSCP) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams in a global setting.
