Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee global inventory management, procurement, and demand forecasting processes.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through robust contingency planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
- Manage key vendor relationships to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze logistics metrics to drive data-informed process improvements.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of logistics analysts and coordinators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations management.
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and supply chain modeling tools.
- Proven track record of cost reduction and process optimization in a global environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Professional certification (APICS CSCP or CPIM) is highly preferred.
