Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, transportation networks, and warehouse operations
- Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes, ensuring alignment between supply, demand, and financial objectives
- Analyze and mitigate supply chain risks through contingency planning and supplier relationship management
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by implementing ERP and SCM technologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to achieve cost reduction targets of 15%+ annually
- Manage KPIs including OTIF, inventory turnover, and logistics spend
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve sustainability and reduce carbon footprint
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and network design
- Proven track record implementing ERP/SCM systems and process automation
- Certifications (CPIM, CSCP, or CSCP) highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong negotiation skills with international suppliers and 3PL partners
- Experience in regulated industries (pharma, automotive, or electronics preferred)
