Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, transportation networks, and distribution channels
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and vendor performance analytics
- Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma methodologies and KPI monitoring (OTIF, inventory turnover, etc.)
- Oversee risk mitigation protocols including contingency planning for geopolitical disruptions and climate events
- Manage digital transformation projects (ERP, TMS, WMS implementations) and data analytics for predictive modeling
- Collaborate with finance to develop annual budgets and cost-saving initiatives targeting 15%+ annual reduction
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (Customs, FDA, ISO standards)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain leadership with 3+ years in strategic planning roles
- Expertise in TMS/WMS implementations and supply chain analytics tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 20%+ while improving service levels
- Strong knowledge of international trade compliance and customs regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
