Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies reducing costs by 15%+ annually
- Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and distribution networks across APAC
- Leverage data analytics to forecast demand and optimize logistics operations
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners, carriers, and key stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years in supply chain management with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics tech (TMS, WMS)
- Proven track record optimizing multi-regional supply chains
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Certifications in CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma Black Belt
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for regional coordination
