Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies across 5+ global distribution centers
- Lead cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, inventory) to reduce operational costs by 15% annually
- Optimize transportation networks using AI-driven logistics platforms and TMS systems
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for geopolitical disruptions and supply chain volatility
- Drive sustainability initiatives to achieve 30% carbon reduction in logistics operations
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) across supply chain processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive experience in global supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active) and data analytics
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 20%+ through process optimization
- CSCP or CPIM certification required (SCPro or CIPS acceptable)
- Experience managing cross-border operations in regulated industries (FDA/ISO certified)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and supply chain modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Power BI/Tableau for reporting
