Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead our operations in the dynamic logistics sector of Dubai. In this role, you will be the architect of our supply chain efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, warehousing, and global shipping networks.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including inbound logistics, inventory management, and outbound distribution.
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize cost, speed, and reliability of deliveries.
- Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Ensure full compliance with international shipping regulations, safety standards, and local laws.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of supply chain professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics management software.
- Proven experience in negotiating contracts with carriers and vendors to secure the best rates.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex supply chain data.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
