Responsibilities
- Design and execute supply chain strategies to improve lead times, cost-efficiency, and service levels.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with procurement, sales, and production teams to align supply with demand.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.
- Oversee vendor and 3PL relationships, negotiating contracts to ensure high-performance service standards.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of supply chain analysts and coordinators.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics operations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale global distribution networks.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Supply Chain Planning software.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or PMP certification is highly desirable.
