Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies reducing operational costs by 15-20%
- Lead cross-functional teams across procurement, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Optimize inventory management systems using advanced forecasting tools
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for global disruptions and geopolitical shifts
- Drive sustainability initiatives reducing carbon footprint by 30% annually
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Analyze KPIs using Tableau/Power BI to identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- APICS or CSCP certification mandatory
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and logistics software
- Proven track record optimizing multi-regional supply chains
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
