Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Design and implement logistics optimization strategies reducing TAT by 20%+
- Lead cross-functional teams across procurement, warehousing, and transportation divisions
- Develop and maintain KPIs for supplier performance, inventory turnover, and delivery accuracy
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through ERP/WMS system integrations
- Manage annual logistics budget exceeding $15M with <5% variance
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs protocols
Qualifications
- 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- APICS/CPIM or CSCP certification mandatory
- Proven experience optimizing multi-country distribution networks
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and freight forwarding
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
