Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Implement data-driven logistics strategies using WMS/TMS platforms to reduce costs by 15%+ annually
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage relationships with key carriers, vendors, and strategic partners
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international trade regulations
- Develop annual logistics budgets and KPI reporting frameworks
- Coordinate crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in 3PL or retail logistics leadership
- Expert proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (Manhattan, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Proven track record optimizing multimodal transportation networks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics cost modeling
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Experience with international trade compliance and customs brokerage
