Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end freight forwarding operations across air, sea, and land transport modes
- Optimize supply chain routes using advanced logistics software (SAP, Oracle)
- Manage customs clearance documentation and compliance with Singaporean/ASEAN regulations
- Lead warehouse inventory management and distribution network optimization
- Analyze KPIs to reduce transit times by 15% annually
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business
- 5+ years in logistics coordination with multinational exposure
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems and data analytics tools
- Certified in APICS or CSCP (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (Bahasa/Malaysia advantageous)
- Expert knowledge of Singaporean customs procedures and INCOTERMS
- Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization
