Responsibilities

- Oversee procurement, inventory control, and distribution networks across 5 regional hubs
- Leverage AI-driven analytics for demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with top-tier suppliers
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Develop crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record in reducing logistics costs and improving delivery performance
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance
