Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies across 5+ countries
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including ERP implementation and AI-driven demand forecasting
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce carrying costs by 15%
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and 3PL partners across APAC
- Develop risk mitigation plans for supply chain disruptions
- Drive sustainability initiatives in logistics and procurement
- Mentor a team of 8 supply chain professionals
- Report directly to VP of Operations with KPI-driven accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business; MBA preferred
- 10+ years progressive supply chain experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and advanced analytics tools
- Proven track record in cross-border logistics optimization
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Experience managing APAC supply chains
- Strong financial acumen and cost management skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
