We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead our logistics operations in Singapore. Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing carrying costs.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators, analysts, and warehouse staff to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to negotiate contracts and ensure service quality.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs, including lead times, order accuracy, and transportation costs, to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate disruptions in the global supply chain.
- Ensure full compliance with Singaporean customs regulations and international shipping standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and cost optimization.
