Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end S&OP processes including demand planning, inventory optimization, and capacity management
- Oversee logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution network design
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify cost reduction opportunities and KPI improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key suppliers
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain disruptions and ensure operational resilience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in S&OP, inventory optimization, and logistics network design
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- CSCP, CSCP, or CPIM certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Proven track record of driving cost reduction and operational efficiency
