Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies including procurement, logistics, and inventory optimization
- Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing supply chain initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal terms
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risks
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/JDE) for demand forecasting and planning
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, JDE)
- CSCP or CPIM certification strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain operations
