Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal terms
- Oversee transportation networks and distribution channels for seamless product flow
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record in reducing operational costs and improving KPIs
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma (Black Belt)
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
