Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for 15+ key product categories
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Optimize transportation networks to reduce costs by 15-20% annually
- Develop risk mitigation plans for global disruptions and supplier dependencies
- Drive digital transformation through ERP/WMS system implementations
- Analyze KPIs and deliver quarterly performance reports to executive leadership
- Mentor junior supply chain professionals through structured development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive supply chain leadership experience
- CSCP or CSCP certification required
- Expertise in S&OP processes and network optimization modeling
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication abilities for stakeholder management
