Responsibilities
- Design and optimize supply chain networks using advanced analytics and ERP systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute sourcing, procurement, and inventory strategies
- Implement risk mitigation protocols for global disruptions and supplier dependencies
- Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma methodologies and KPI monitoring
- Collaborate with sales and operations to align supply chain with market demands
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key logistics partners
- Develop sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact while maintaining efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience in manufacturing or 3PL
- Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and distribution network design
- Proficient with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle SCM, or equivalent supply chain platforms
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+ through process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
