Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic supply chain optimization plans across 3PL partners and distribution centers
- Lead digital transformation initiatives implementing ERP/WMS systems for inventory visibility
- Manage $50M+ procurement portfolio with focus on sustainable sourcing and cost reduction
- Oversee transportation logistics including LTL/FTL routing and carrier contract negotiations
- Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma methodologies and KPI monitoring
- Lead cross-functional teams in crisis management and risk mitigation protocols
- Analyze market trends to inform strategic sourcing decisions and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain leadership with multinational exposure
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proven track record reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Strong data modeling skills with experience in demand forecasting
