Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and distribution efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage vendor relationships and negotiate high-value service level agreements.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring seamless movement of goods across domestic and international channels.
- Implement data-driven inventory management systems to mitigate risks and enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to align supply capacity with market demand.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with global trade regulations and environmental sustainability standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in complex supply chain environments.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain modeling tools.
- Proven track record in driving cost-reduction strategies while maintaining exceptional service levels.
- Deep understanding of global logistics, freight forwarding, and customs compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret big data into actionable business strategies.
- APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a strong plus.
