Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Lead vendor negotiations and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Oversee end-to-end inventory planning and demand forecasting using predictive analytics.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive disruption management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Finance, to align operations with business goals.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse throughput.
- Manage the logistics budget, ensuring alignment with corporate financial targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations or global logistics.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proven track record in successful cross-functional project management.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or CPIM certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
