Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and logistics networks
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for 50+ vendors
- Analyze data using ERP systems to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Drive digital transformation projects (IoT, AI forecasting)
- Mentor junior staff and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in S&OP, inventory optimization, and lean methodologies
- Proficiency in SAP/Oracle and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- APAC regional experience with multinational exposure
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
