You will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain management, from procurement and inventory optimization to logistics and distribution, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement across all touchpoints. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels across multiple warehouses, utilizing advanced forecasting and demand planning techniques.
- Oversee supplier relationship management, negotiate contracts, and ensure performance aligns with company standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Implement and manage supply chain technology solutions (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) to drive automation and data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and IT teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or PMP are highly desirable.
- Experience with lean principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
