Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize cost-efficiency and delivery timelines
- Leverage data analytics to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain risks
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and network modeling
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+ in previous roles
- Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma highly desirable
- Exceptional project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of international trade regulations and customs compliance
