In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and drive sustainable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and distribution costs.
- Lead strategic negotiations with 3PL providers and international freight forwarders to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Analyze end-to-end performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with production forecasts.
- Oversee risk management protocols and implement contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of logistics coordinators and analysts.
- Maintain full regulatory compliance across all international import/export operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in end-to-end supply chain management within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced supply chain modeling tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
- Proven track record of managing global vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or PMP certification is highly desirable.
