Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to improve lead times and reduce operational costs.
- Manage relationships with key global vendors, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
- Oversee demand planning and inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline warehousing and distribution center workflows.
- Analyze supply chain data using BI tools to identify bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing logistics team to achieve quarterly KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations or logistics management.
- Proven expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
- Deep understanding of global trade compliance and procurement best practices.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
