Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with company growth targets.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from vendor selection to contract negotiation.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving improvements.
- Oversee demand planning and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics with marketing and production timelines.
- Mentor and lead the logistics coordination team to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations management.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in forecasting and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Proven track record in managing third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships.
- Deep understanding of global trade laws and import/export documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
