Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to reduce costs by 15%+ while maintaining 99.5% on-time delivery rates
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, and transportation to align with KPIs
- Optimize inventory levels through demand forecasting and JIT implementation
- Drive digital transformation through ERP system enhancements and data analytics
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (C-TPAT, FDA)
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in 3PL or manufacturing supply chain leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of optimizing transportation networks and reducing freight costs
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
