Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs by 15-20%
- Implement AI-powered forecasting and inventory optimization systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless vendor and partner collaboration
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Manage $50M+ procurement budgets and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years in supply chain leadership with 5+ in management roles
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software
- Proven track record in reducing operational costs and improving efficiency
- CSCP, CPIM, or CIPS certification required
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent negotiation and cross-cultural communication abilities
- Experience with sustainable supply chain practices and ESG reporting
