Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies optimizing inventory levels, transportation networks, and warehouse operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze supply chain data using advanced analytics to identify cost reduction opportunities and mitigate risks
- Manage relationships with key vendors, carriers, and 3PL partners ensuring service level agreements are exceeded
- Oversee implementation of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and digital transformation projects
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (Customs, FDA, OSHA) and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and network modeling
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain software (SAP APO, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- CPIM or CSCP certification required
- Experience managing international supply chains and cross-border logistics
