Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to meet business objectives, ensuring high service levels and on-time delivery.
- Analyze complex logistics data and supply chain metrics (KPIs) to identify trends, forecast demand, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, and key suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and resolve issues.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and lean methodologies to reduce operational expenses without sacrificing quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of supply chain professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle, is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
