- Lead cross-functional teams in logistics, procurement, and inventory management
- Analyze market trends and disruptors to develop proactive risk mitigation plans
- Oversee supplier relationships and negotiate high-value contracts
- Drive digital transformation through AI/ML-powered demand forecasting and inventory optimization

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or APICS CPIM designation required
