Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement logistics optimization strategies using advanced analytics and automation tools
- Manage relationships with key logistics partners, carriers, and customs authorities
- Lead continuous improvement projects targeting cost reduction and service enhancement
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in warehouse management and transportation systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams and foster a culture of operational excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in TMS/WMS implementation and data-driven logistics optimization
- Strong knowledge of APAC trade regulations, customs procedures, and INCOTERMS
- Proven track record in reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CSCP, or CPIM highly desirable
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin advantageous for regional operations
