Responsibilities

- Lead vendor management relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Implement and maintain ERP systems to enhance data visibility and decision-making
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15% or more
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Advanced proficiency in demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
