Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with global logistics partners and vendors to ensure cost-efficiency and service reliability.
- Lead demand planning processes by integrating advanced forecasting tools and market trend analysis.
- Direct continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to streamline warehouse and distribution center operations.
- Oversee multi-million dollar budgets, ensuring rigorous financial compliance and resource allocation.
- Mentor and develop high-performing logistics teams to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Mitigate supply chain risks through robust contingency planning and proactive stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement management within a large-scale enterprise.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong certification credentials such as APICS CSCP or CLTD are highly desirable.
- Expertise in inventory optimization, transportation management, and global trade compliance.
- Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and manage complex projects across multiple geographies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and process architecture.
