We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Supply Chain Manager to spearhead our operations, drive cost-efficiencies, and scale our distribution capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between procurement, logistics, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Lead cross-functional teams in managing end-to-end logistics, from international procurement to final distribution.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Negotiate and manage high-value contracts with 3PL providers and global shipping partners.
- Oversee demand planning and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational sales goals.
- Mitigate supply chain risks through proactive contingency planning and supplier relationship management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced demand planning software.
- Proven track record of managing global supply chains and multi-site distribution networks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on collaborative team culture.
