Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs by 15-20% annually
- Analyze supply chain data using SAP and Tableau to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key suppliers
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and CSR sustainability standards
- Coordinate international logistics and customs clearance processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience in 3PL or manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Experience managing international supply chains and customs compliance
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
