Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, transportation routes, and warehouse operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing lean methodologies and process automation technologies
- Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to mitigate risks and identify growth opportunities
- Oversee vendor management and negotiate contracts with 3PL partners and carriers
- Implement KPI tracking systems to measure performance and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate with international teams to ensure seamless cross-border compliance and customs clearance
- Lead sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint through route optimization and green logistics practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in TMS/WMS platforms and supply chain analytics tools (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics networks and reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs compliance, and INCOTERMS
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or APICS CPIM designation required
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication abilities with experience presenting to executive leadership
