Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize costs, improve service levels, and enhance operational efficiency across procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth.
- Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and relationship management to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Utilize advanced analytics and supply chain software to identify bottlenecks, forecast demand, and implement data-driven solutions for process optimization.
- Manage inventory levels to balance service targets with working capital objectives, implementing best practices in demand planning and S&OP.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards, and ethical sourcing policies.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain, including the adoption of new technologies and automation solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, production, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA, MS in Supply Chain) preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and S&OP processes.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), supply chain planning software, and advanced analytical tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, drive process improvements, and achieve measurable results.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs, and global logistics is a plus.
