- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, and distribution to ensure seamless operations
- Utilize data analytics to optimize inventory levels, reducing carrying costs by 20%
- Develop risk mitigation plans for supply chain disruptions including natural disasters and geopolitical events
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key suppliers across North America
- Oversee implementation of ERP systems and supply chain technology platforms

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain leadership with 3+ in management roles
- Expertise in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and logistics network design
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- CSCP or CPIM certification required (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
