- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management and distribution networks
- Develop KPIs and analytics frameworks for continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for logistics services
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Drive digital transformation projects using supply chain automation tools
- Present strategic reports to C-suite stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience
- Proven track record in international logistics and cross-border operations
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM and logistics software (e.g., Blue Yonder)
- Expertise in risk mitigation and contingency planning for supply chain disruptions
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities
