Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to improve lead times and reduce operational costs.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor performance tracking.
- Optimize inventory levels across multiple distribution centers using predictive analytics and demand forecasting tools.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales departments to align supply chain capabilities with product lifecycles.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team of procurement and logistics specialists.
- Oversee compliance with global trade regulations and sustainability standards.
- Implement lean management methodologies to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced supply chain modeling software.
- Proven track record in managing complex vendor relationships and international logistics.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Professional certification such as CSCP or CLTD is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to drive cultural and operational change.
