Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Implement ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for real-time supply chain visibility
- Analyze market trends to mitigate risks and identify growth opportunities
- Drive sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction and ethical sourcing
- Optimize transportation networks and negotiate vendor contracts
- Lead continuous improvement projects targeting KPIs like OTIF and inventory turnover
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain leadership
- Expertise in ERP implementation and data-driven decision making
- Proven track record in vendor management and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., Blue Yonder)
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Experience managing international supply chains and customs compliance
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment
